The Coos County Airport District has established the following list of Goals for 2009

1. Maintain and enhance quality air service that can operate without subsidies, while providing the necessary connections with hub destinations.
2. Develop the Business Park as a revenue-producing component that contributes to the District’s self-sufficiency over time.
3. Complete and coordinate all elements of a new aeronautical master plan as a long-term goal.
4. Develop a new master site plan for Business Park properties that is separate from the aeronautical master plan.
5. Integrate all plans and goals for the future by preparing financial and business analysis to provide direction for administration and operations.
6. Establish a systematic means of communicating with the public to reinforce public “ownership” of the airport, and increase enplanements.
